The price was great, the location was perfect and the room was big with a good air cond unit
The staff weren't great and we had to wait longer than the 20 minutes we were told to check in. We decided to leave our luggage and drive up to cape greko to go cliff diving (must do!) an when we got back the room was ready so it wasnt too bad. It's not the classiest place in the world but it was perfect for the price and I would definitely recommend this place.

The proximity to everything in Ayia Napa was great! Although the apartments are not the newest, they had all basic amenities you would need, they were clean, the staff was helpful and polite and you had a pool and Wi-Fi. Best of all, it was a walkable distance from the beach, which was clean and walkable distance to restaurants and the Ayia Napa nightlife bars and clubs, so you didn't have to worry about taxis in the middle of the night. To get to Nissi beach was the only time we took a taxi, which the staff was quick to arrange (it's about a 30 min walk that we opted out of since it was in the middle of the day), but there is also a long beach around the corner, so you don't have to go there.

Good location, 2 minutes from the beach, close to the centre, nice view from the balconies. Nice clean swimming pool. Price was very good. Rooms clean and quite spacious, with a small equiped kitchen.
The extra beds installed were very uncomfortable, my back still hurts. Also the toilets did not flush ok and this was disturbing.

Good location - near to the beach and to the city center. Outdoor pool, bar, nice terrace. Big rooms, excellent kitchen facilities (toaster, microwave, gas cooker). Free wi-fi.
Problems with hot water, water often flows under washbasin.

I had everything what I need (all cooking facilities, air conditioner and safe box in the room, included in the room rate, free wi-fi). But there is no hairdryer in the bathroom. Supermarket is right behind the apartments. Friendly staff. Just a couple of minutes walk to the harbor and sandy beach. Alexia is really good apartments to stay.

Close to the most fame beach of agia napa..Close to the nightlife... Peacefull place..For everybody who looking nice cleaning aparment ...

Absolutely the perfect place to stay for a vacation in Ayia Napa for this price. We had an appartment for 2 with a large bedroom and a huge living room with a balcony to the pool, It was really spacious for the 2 of us. This place has a superb location, it is just 2 corners from the center of Ayia Napa with the bars and shops and even closer to the beach and Limanaki harbour but still very quiet in the night. The staff were really friendly, they let us check in early in the morning at 6 and they were helping us with loads of directions and some Zivania shots! You have to try this cipriot spirit at the pool bar once you are there! The swimming pool they have is also very nice, free sun beds and cocktail happy hours. Hope to get back there!
The apartment were too big for us 2, I should have taken my whole family to fill it! :) No any complain!

Very good, with swimming pool, just 5 minutes walk to the beach, and 10 to the night life.
We were 4 people (2 in a room, and 2 in the living room) and the air-con was only in one room, so very hot for the people staying on the other room.
